Data security

Data security is a priority for NOVSTR. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information processed.

Secure connection

Connections to third-party platforms (e.g. Instagram) are made through our partner InsightIQ / Phyllo, with read-only access and your explicit consent:

• No posting or editing is possible.
• No action is taken on your account.
• Access can be revoked at any time from "My socials" or from your Instagram account settings.

Infrastructure

Data is hosted by recognised providers that meet current security standards. Communications are encrypted with HTTPS, the database is hosted in the European Union and passwords are stored hashed (never in plain text).

Restricted access

Access to data is strictly limited to the systems needed to run the service and to technical providers bound by contract.

Market data

Analysis characteristics are anonymised as soon as they are recorded: no name, no account name, no link to an account or organisation, and with rounded values (followers, engagement, date). The market indicators produced by NOVSTR are aggregated and do not make it possible to identify a user. See the Privacy policy.

Continuous improvement

Security measures are regularly reviewed to maintain a level of protection in line with industry standards.
